STATUTES AND CODE OF
ETHICS OF THE ASSOCIATION

The statutes are the basic legal framework of the Association and define the principles of the way it works. The Code of Ethics defines the rules of cooperation and interaction of the members beyond the scope of the statutes of the Association. Any serious violation of it shall be grounds for expulsion from the Association. The Code is concise and clear and contains provisions for protecting members from suspected cartel agreements.

The Association for Innovation in Logistics, z. s. has the legal form of an association and is registered with the Regional Court in Ostrava under file number L 19708.  

The activities of the Association are defined by the Statutes of Association and the members of the Association undertake to abide by its Code of Ethics.
